This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads no third-party resources. Nothing is stored on your device and no profile is built about you.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes connection data (including IP address, request time and user agent) for the purposes of delivering the site, caching and protecting it from attack. That processing is necessary for our legitimate interest in running a secure, available website.
If you contact us
If you email us, we process the contact details and the content of your message in order to respond and, where relevant, to discuss and deliver work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed for the enquiry and, where a commercial relationship follows, for the period required by contract and by our record-keeping and tax obligations. Correspondence that goes nowhere is deleted once it is clearly no longer relevant.
Client data in delivered work
Automation we build is designed to run on the client's own infrastructure and accounts. Where we do process client data in the course of an engagement, we do so as a processor under the terms of the relevant written agreement, and only on documented instructions.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the business — such as our hosting and email providers — and where required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these, contact us using the address below.
