Thymos builds automation for delivery, facilities and infrastructure teams — from straightforward automated reporting through to bespoke multi-agent systems. Scoped to what the work actually needs, built by people who have done the work.
Most teams don't need a platform. They need one recurring, document-heavy task to stop eating their week. That's the starting point — and the ceiling is as high as the requirement justifies.
The baseline. Source material in, finished report out — monthly client reports, compliance packs, status and progress reporting, asset and register summaries. Your house format, produced the same way every time, in a fraction of the hands-on effort.
Fastest to stand upA step up. Pulling from several sources, applying your rules and logic, and handling the repetitive admin that sits between systems — extraction, reconciliation, log-keeping, chasing what's missing, routing the output to the people who need it.
Most common fitThe upper end. Multiple specialised agents working together across a broader slice of an operation, each handling part of the process and passing work between them. Genuinely capable, and correspondingly a significant investment on both sides — scoped carefully, and only where the requirement warrants it.
Bespoke · by specificationEngagements usually start at the simpler end and grow only where there's a clear reason to. Anything built is tuned to your own templates, terminology and process — not a generic product you have to work around.
These are the areas where our own experience runs deepest — so the terminology, the reporting cycles and the pressures behind them are already understood.
The approach is not limited to them. The same method suits any team carrying repetitive, document-heavy administration, in any sector.
Thymos is founded and run by a practising client-side programme manager with six years delivering complex infrastructure programmes — a portfolio of some 300 projects, running 50 to 100 concurrently, from feasibility and design through procurement, construction and commissioning into live operations.
That means the administrative load isn't theoretical here. The reporting cycles, the governance packs, the risk registers, the endless reconciliation between systems and spreadsheets — all of it is work the director has personally carried. Thymos exists because that burden is both enormous and largely unnecessary. The tooling is designed by someone who knows what the output has to survive: scrutiny from senior stakeholders who will find the error.
Thymos draws on input from senior figures in the construction and facilities management industries — including former operations director and commercial director level experience — to keep what's built grounded in commercial and operational reality rather than in what's technically interesting.
Automation is designed to run on your own infrastructure and your own accounts. Thymos does not need to host or retain your operational data.
Outputs are built to be reviewed, not blindly trusted. Automation carries the effort; your team keeps the judgement and the sign-off.
Thymos Automations Ltd — a UK registered company, engaging under clear written terms.
A short conversation to identify the recurring task costing your team the most time — and to be honest about whether automating it is actually worth doing.
A defined, fixed-scope build around that one workflow, tuned to your templates and your process. Small enough to prove the value quickly.
Add further workflows, or scale toward a broader system, only where the first one has demonstrably paid for itself.
If the same reports, logs and packs get rebuilt by hand every cycle, there is likely something here worth scoping. A short conversation costs nothing.
